Our History

Atrium Quality Contractors is Talaat Moustafa Group’s Construction Arm specializing in Commercial, Medical, Educational, Corporate, Recreational, Hospitality, and High-End Residential Projects. Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) is Egypt’s largest publicly listed Real Estate Developer with a land bank of over 50 million m2. Atrium is a full-scoped General Contractor with services including but not limited to Structural Construction, Architectural Construction, Electromechanical Systems, Interior Fit-Outs as well as Maintenance and Repair Works.

The name “Atrium” refers to a central, expansive space with a glass roof at the core.

Atrium is currently contracted to construct some of Mega Projects such as The Four Seasons Cairo Capital Project at Madinaty with CCC (Atrium-CCC Joint venture).
