NEWS AT ATRIUM

We are pleased to announce that Atrium Quality Contractors (AQC) has been awarded the construction of the Noor City Villas Project. Noor City is planned as an advanced green smart city, designed in alignment with international sustainability benchmarks and fourth-generation technology standards. The development is set to accommodate approximately 140,000 housing units and integrate a comprehensive range of modern services across its masterplan. AQC's scope of work includes the core-and-shell execution, infrastructure works, landscape works of 472 villas and 118 plots. The villas feature two architectural prototypes: Quatro 1 (382 m²) and Quatro 2 (423 m²), each designed to support the project’s vision of modern and sustainable living.
